I recently had the pleasure of staying at "Hotel Momento - Special Category", and I couldn't have been more impressed! The location is absolutely perfect, it was easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops, all within walking distance. The breakfast was another highlight. It set a great tone for each day of my stay! What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the staff. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at ease. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests and are dedicated to making each stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, I highly recommend "Hotel Momento - Special Category" for its unbeatable location, incredible breakfast

It was a great hotel! Thank you for your welcome, your kindness and your professionalism! Special thanks to Burak who was very kind and helped us book different things. It is a very clean hotel, the cleaning was done every day, the room was superb and large! As for the breakfast, it was varied to suit everyone. The hotel is very well located, close to the Grand Bazaar and tourist places. Thank you for this stay, I recommend it !

Great location, close to tram, metro and airport bus station. Friendly and welcoming staff, nice rooms, hot dishes for breakfast vary each day. Very pleasant experience!

We have been going to this particular hotel for several years. It is spotlessly clean, has an excellent location, you are close to all the sights, the metro and across from Kapali Charsi, the staff is always willing to help you with everything. All of them are excellent (especially Messrs. Elvan and Nail) I consider them my family because due to professional obligations my husband and I are there 4 days a month. I highly recommend it.

Small hotel in Istanbul consumer goods trading district. Yes room was small but good to stay couple days. Shower room was small but shower itself good size. There was always hot water and good pressure. There were a lot of shampoo and other toiletries but I did not use them. Good white towels. Bed line was snow white and good quality. Mattress was a bit hard but no complaints form my side. Room was clean an nice comparing to some bad reviews. Staff was very helpful. In general my room on fifth floor (yard side) was very quiet just neighbours slapping doors and yelling in corridor. Location of hotel is good. AC was working good but it turns off as soon as you leave the room and every time you enter the room you have to switch it on.

This is my second time staying at Hotel Momento over the course of 9 years. The staff is always professional, quick with service and ready to help. I'll happily stay again the next time I'm in Istanbul.

Such a fabulous hotel, it was very very clean and had all the facilities you could need. The location was perfect with a lot of the points of interest within walking distance, the surrounding area was quiet. There was a lot of choice at the breakfast, the food was great.

Loved how attentive the staff at front desk were. Especially Nail who helped us walk to the next hotel to pick up an expat tour. The main man sitting at the desk whose name I cannot spell was so lovely he booked tours for us and could not do enough for us. Another man with white shirt showed us were to get men's haircut from. Overall was sad to leave and would love to come back to stay again 😔

The staff is amazing ,very friendly and very very helpful for all the information I needed. We book boat trip from the front desk and everything was arranged perfectly. Room was very nice and clean , maybe the airfreshener was a bit too strong for my wife taste ,but we fix that with open window for a bit. Breakfast was good and fresh .But again I'm very impressed from the reception , just excellent service.
